K I fucked up my food intake schedule this weekend so badly so starting tomorrrrow that needs to get back on track & I need to make sure I’m not going over my calories too I think. I haven’t been doing enough cardio either sooo
I had mango + strawberries with vanilla yogurt instead of angel food cake and nutriwhip. It was actually way better tasting.
I had like 2 truffles though which is the only cheat ive even done so far so whatever.
if im craving sugar (well in my case its usually chocolate) i have fruit and cinnamon or nut butter instead, if you’re watching tv or on the computer have water because it gives you something to drink, and you honestly wont even notice you’ve been drinking it after awhile (which is also what happens when you’re snacking while watching tv which makes you over eat fatty foods!)
i got kashi cereal, it has 8 grams of fibre and 9 grams of protein per serving but also 13 grams of sugar. and its not added sugar cause all their ingredients are natural but it seems like a lot still?
It all depends though. If you are trying to lose weight, you can’t always have this mindset. You’re going to have to give up some things to achieve your goals. If you always have this mindset you could end up having HUGE binges and it can greatly hinder your progress! Yes. Once a week have a bit of a cheat day. But use it wisely. Don’t give in just because you’re craving something, or you will just keep craving that food. Train your body to not crave it by not eating it much, if at all! For instance, if I never denied myself of the junk food I want, I would gain weight so fast! Because I WANT junk food any time! But I deny myself it because I know my goal is more important than eating that junk! Who agrees with me here??
yeah agreed ^ i have to replace that stuff with healthier food or id get nowhere.
im terrified of gaining weight because i know i wouldnt have the motivation and strength to lose it. i see so many amazing before and after pictures on here its crazy. i dont even know how much i weigh right now, but next week im starting running and ive been eating to tone my abs so idk i hope it actually shows.
