I was eating shitty this weekend and then got high last night and the munchies are probably the worst thing for toning your abs. Woops.
K I fucked up my food intake schedule this weekend so badly so starting tomorrrrow that needs to get back on track & I need to make sure I’m not going over my calories too I think. I haven’t been doing enough cardio either sooo
