ive actually lost weight this week what, i have no idea how. I feel like ive been eating a lot, like i guess its mostly fruits & im probably still under my calorie limit but idk. i was expecting to go up.
I have no idea why but I’ve been eating so much I never eat this much usually, it is weird I need to stop. But I’m staring my diet/ workout tomorrow.
Breakfast: cereal, apple. I will run for 30 minutes after class. Yeah.
