i saw a before & after picture of a girl who had majorly toned her stomach and yet only lost around 5 pounds and i cant find it now any know what im talking about?
ive actually lost weight this week what, i have no idea how. I feel like ive been eating a lot, like i guess its mostly fruits & im probably still under my calorie limit but idk. i was expecting to go up.
I have no idea why but I’ve been eating so much I never eat this much usually, it is weird I need to stop. But I’m staring my diet/ workout tomorrow. Breakfast: cereal, apple. I will run for 30 minutes after class. Yeah.

I’m so sick =( if I don’t feel better tomorrow I’ll probably just restart my diet in a week because I can’t even move let alone run =( oh well I won’t have an appetite anyway.
i always crave food when im on my period =( oh well, im having jam & cashew butter plus ill work out tomorrow
